TET

ZOLTÁN DONKÓ & PETER HARTMANN

On Wednesday, April 13, 2016, at 10:15 am in room 04/653, Zoltán Donkó and Peter Hartmann from Budapest will each give a talk on their research.
Zoltán Donkó: "Measurements of electron transport and (DC and RF) breakdown in different gases."
Peter Hartmann: "Rotodust (Emulating extreme magnetic fields with rotating dusty plasmas)."

The visit of Zoltán and Peter runs through the "Junior - Senior Program". Both are visiting TET from 11-15.4. Jan Trieschmann and Sebastian Wilczek were already in Budapest last year in August at the Wigner Research Centre for Physics to discuss joint research work. The goal is another joint publication on hysteresis effects and confinement quality of high energy electron beams in capacitive radio frequency discharges.
